I love working out, but since I’ve been pregnant, I’ve been challenged physically with some severe sciatica. With some chiropractic, massage, and probably the impending physical therapy, I’m hoping to be able to walk in my last couple of months of pregnancy.
On my good days, I’ve found pilates and yoga to be the most beneficial for me. This video has a great sculpting workout and only takes 10 minutes to complete! Oh and it’s on youtube which makes it my favorite price: FREE! There are also other parts with different workouts that I will share!
