My Delicious Banana Bread Muffin Recipe

I love banana bread, NOT to be confused with banana nut bread. I do not like nuts in most of my baked goods.

I would like to share the goodness that is my banana bread muffin recipe you can add chopped nuts if you must, but I wouldn’t eat them.

Ingredients

2 RIPE, as in black, Bananas
1 Capful of Vanilla Extract
2 Cups Self Rising Flour
1 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Quick Oats
2 Eggs
2 Heaping Tbsp of Softened Butter or Margarine

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and grease your muffin pans or bread pan, you can make straight up banana bread with this recipe too.

Take your RIPE, as in black, bananas and use a fork to smoosh them in a bowl. Pour capful of vanilla extract into banana goo and set aside. If your nanners aren’t black, this recipe will be a waste because the black ones make for a really pleasant and sweet banana flavor.

In mixing bowl, mix flour, sugar and oats together. Create a well in the center, make a hole in the powder, and add bananas, eggs, and butter. Mix together until everything is wet.

Spoon batter into greased muffin pan or bread pan. Recipe yields about 12 muffins. Bake for 25 minutes. If you are making bread, it may take longer so try 30-40 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

4 Ingredient Bread

This bread is super easy to make and incredibly delicious.

Ingredients:

1 yeast packet

1 tablespoon of sugar

About 2.5 cups of all purpose flour

1 cup of warm water

Directions:

Place sugar and yeast in a bowl. Pour warm water over the mixture. Let sit for about 5 minutes until the yeast has been activated, hint it will be frothy. Then mix in flour. You can also add in a pinch of salt.

Grease a baking sheet and place dough on sheet. Using a little extra flour, knead the dough into a little ball. Cover and let sit for 25 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

After it has sat for 25 minutes, bake it for 25 minutes. I sprinkled mine with a little basil.

When it is finished baking, remove it from the pan and let it cool for about 5 minutes.

I made honey and butter spread to put on mine.
